  31. Restriction: The Microsoft VCOMM driver used to provide serial port services
  32. in console windows does not support Plug-and-Play.  Therefore, it is unable to
  33. initialize Plug and Play serial devices when they are added to the system, and
  34. so the console-mode version of Kermit 95 can not use PCMCIA modems on Windows
  35. 95 unless they are previously initialized by some other program, such as
  36. Hyperterminal.  This restriction will be lifted when conversion of Kermit 95
  37. to a full GUI application is complete.
